No, it does not. It dries to a flat sheen at best. If nothing more Darryl, it gives the color some depth and contrast once it dries. I learned about it here, and I'm a believer.

Next up (when time permits), the NJ Steve patented Evaporust kiddy pool, pump and sprayer treatment.
