1970 BB Open Element base
 

For sale is an original 1970 Open Element base plate
with the valve cover elbow and the original connecting hose.
This is survivor quality with very nice patina.
Top side looks to be original paint with a little paint missing
from the air filter flange surface (10-15%)
Bottom side looks to be lightly spray bombed.
No dings or dent repair.
Hose is the molded “C” hose that nobody reproduces.
No part number and No Clamp marks
Corvettes use the same hose I believe but used clamps to hold
it in place.
