Original GM bumper jack dated 9K.
Includes mast, ratchet, load rest,
U69 base, "O" casting-tire iron, and
ribbed rubber sleeve. No reproduction
here. Areas have been cleaned up and
painted in classic bumper jack gray/tire
iron in gloss black. The mast remains un-

yes, that seems to be the case, although there is very limited data. Thread over at CRG where owners of cars with original jacks can add theirs :beers:

What would be the right date for your car? I think the date on my orig/unrestored is 8M? The one for sale here is just a month late for my car. If I could fine a good replacement for my car, I would be willing to part with the one I have.
