Painting a Freezer?
My garage is basically done, but I have a upright freezer that’s almond, it doesn’t match the new garage, anyone ever painted one? It looks like it’s just paint on there. A nice gray, I think they make appliance paint but prob not in gray. Maybe a red stripe or something. I need Chip Foose

I painted a refrigerator years ago. Painted it in the kitchen, created a paint booth of newspaper. Still got overspray on everything!
Sanded the body, cleaned well and used an appliance paint - went from white to Harvest gold. I don't know any reason you couldn't use any spray as long as you prep well. There are also epoxy's that you can get in Lowes, too. |

Go to one of those vinyl wrap places and do it up nice..

I painted mine with Chalk board paint, It is nice because you can write on it and it cleans up with a damp towel. Plus it brushes on so no over spray, I did mine about 6 years ago and still looks great. You can get about 20 different colors from Home Depot

you can paint it with any paint .... just sand with 000 steel wool or 400 grit sand paper wash with soap and water let it dry and paint.

Thanks, it looked like Reg paint on there. The handle and seals will be a pain. Being a uprite freezer, there’s only one door. No seam.
