Wanted: 772 seven blade fan - unrestored
I'm looking for an original unrestored 772 seven blade fan for my 1969 L78 Chevelle project. I don't mind some nicks, scrapes and peeling paint (in fact, the more the better) as long as it's functional.
Ideally, I'd like a fan dated just prior to June/69... but I'm not fussed about the date because the car will be a driver, so I'll consider a correct original fan with an earlier date or missing the stamped date/part number. Thanks! |
Hi Helmut ..let me check ...I have a few ...text me if you would like 614-203-1272 Doug

Does a Sept.'69 date work for you?

Doug, I sent you a text. Appreciate you having a look at your fans...
Rick, since I just started looking, I'm going to try to find a correct dated one first. If I don't find a dated one, yours would look just right... has the right patina. Thanks for the replies! |

Here is my rat rod Chevelle (original factory paint and born with L78 auto) project that the fan is for. I thought I had the perfect original seven blade fan for it, but either I misplaced it or I only imagined it? Not surprising, since I only get out to the garage about once a month.
