Oldss,,, Its nice of you to say all that, but we were asked for a value with known parameters. Sometimes you have to be realistic and it sounds like this is that time. Looking at the posts after mine, its possible that I was even being too kind by a bit. I hope not, but the guys on this board have a bunch of history!......Bill S

A documented LS6 that just needs a couple weekends of some TLC for $65k? Her asking price is not totally out of bounds. I think $75-$80 is what it would bring. Real LS6 Chevelle's in good color combinations are very hard to find. Especially the ones that you can drive and have fun with like this car.

This is one of my favorite color combos. Is it all original sheet metal? Is car being advertised anywhere? I may be interested!
I believe it is all orig. sheetmetal. Don't think it is advertized.
Kool car, I remember when Charley had it listed on eBay, way back when.
I would say asking price should be 65K. Let people interested set the price after looking it over better. The high upfront price just scares people away and with the issues listed here, that might even be a bit high.
I believe Charlie with 60-70 should do it. If she doesn't have to sell, put the price low and she what shakes out of the trees. |
I was told awhile ago she will probably accept 75K.
Charlie, if she will take 75K. Go pick it up. These real cars are undervalued!
Neg side level of restoration, missing parts, decked block and auto. The positive Black, 410 and solid original car. With all that said, 65k good deal, 70k is all the money.

This car has never been restored correct?
