1970 Hemi Convertible Roadrunners

I understand all 4 surviving cars were at the MCACN show. I've gone through the posted pics I saw 2 for sure. Both blue, 1 restored the other one looking like a barn find. Curious as to what were the details on the other 2?

Did you look here to see if the cars are there? I was not there so I cannot help with info.

Blue car that appeared to be a barn find, was actually abandoned along Rt 40 in New Mexico sometime in the early 80's with a bad transmission I believe. I think the garage or towing company ended up w/the car after applying for a mechanics lien to get a title ? crazy !!!

There was the freshly restored In Violet car from Canada that was unveiled at the show. I don't see any pictures of that one in the coverage. I have a photo of it, but it's too big to post here.

There was a faded In Violet car with a Hemi in it. I didn't look at the VIN, but it was apparently a little known car that appeared at the show. I don't know anything about it and never saw anyone around it. The MCACN signboard with it said 69 Hemi Road Runner convertible owned by Todd Werner so I don't know what the deal with that was.

There were definitely three 70 Hemi Road Runner convertibles there and possibly a fourth.

Sadly both times I went there after I was done in barn finds, it was covered up. So no media pics.

Exactly. If it was covered after hours...I wasn't about to uncover it to take pictures...That explains why I don't have pics of it either:beers:

Thanks for the input.
I did see the pic of the one purple car, but the sign says it is a 1969.

Dave,

I believe the sign may have been wrong. :)

Anything is possible but based on how professional the signs look in the pics I would be surprised if it is incorrect?
Really got to get to this show one of these years. Looks like a few Canadians make it to the show and even some have cars at this incredible show!

Moparts says one of them had a faked tag, and showed a picture of a previous tag showing what had been changed. Not my circus, so not my clowns.
