square mesh AC air filter... stool?
 

Hey Gang, oddball item here. But man, is it cool. Only seen one other on here before.

An AC Delco promo? stool here that has some obvious age and is meant to appear as the coveted square mesh air filter element.

The vinyl top is bright and supple and the top / seating area is made of plastic - the outer ring, the mesh and filter element are all plastic.

It's bar stool height and slightly wobbly and not really suitable for sitting on as the bottom is broken as shown in the photos. That was a recent mishap... so, clearly it cannot remain in our care.

$150 PPG plus actual shipping - it's large, and although light-ish, it will still likely be expensive to ship, so, local pickup should be considered. It also looks like I could slightly break it down by separating the legs and support and the top.

But gosh, is it cool and must date before 1970 or so...
