Very cool 4-sp '66 El Camino
Just something about this truck that speaks to me. The seller's grandfather bought it from Carlisle in '77. Looks like it's ready to hit the swap meets...love it.

I love the Ford style AM/FM in the dash.

Memories..... When I was 15 my uncle had a Black 67 Camino, original 396, 4 speed, 12 Bolt , 3:73, Buckets, Console.... My Mother made him promise NOT to sell it to me. He didn't tell me until I was forty something.
I wanted it BAD !!!! |

What's not to love about an El Camino, something about them just makes you want to get in and drive! If the Ebay '66 is not hiding issues it should be an easy sell. - Bill W |
I wonder what the factory color was before repainted. Cool Truck

Looks like it was originally a column shifted automatic. The nub sticking off the steering column is what first caught my eye.
When I converted my first pickup from a three-on-the tree to a floor shifted four speed, I cut that nub off and mounted my Sun tach over the hole. K |
135 vin, so originally a 6cyl, with the powerglide as noted above.

6 popper with a glide and a 12 bolt, wierd, it looks to be an orig rear with the air shock shields

Relisted in the link below with a $20k opening bid and no reserve:
