Opinions on this License Plate Frame

Looking for opinions as to age, desirability, real or ?. I bought it as real. Guy tried to sell me magic beans too, said it would grow into the sky?! Ha!! But seriously, back to this frame, what do y'all think? As always, thanks sYc community.

The good news, It's real.... The bad news, it's from Yenko Honda, made of chrome plated plastic, and dates from the early 2000's.

I went by the Honda dealership about 15 years ago, and they gave me one.
