Looks pretty complete and fairly decent. Not a lot of these made with the stick...and the seller has been around forever digging up projects from the Tucson area (I have no affiliation with seller).

That shifter appears the same as the shifter in my 62 Grand Prix, I had a 63 Grand Prix 4 speed a few years ago and it had the same shifter but without the "T" handles. Maybe that is an early car, either way I would say it is correct except for the knob
