My good friend just bought this car,and after looking at the new looking paint tag,and the fresh looking numbers stamp on the block,im starting to think he got duped,any help on what to look for would be awsome thanks kris

i got the numbers off the block big # T1120lR small # 19s709381 the casting off the back of the block 3963512,
