A friend is looking to buy a 68 Norwood built Camaro.

Can anyone decipher the trim tag?

The VIN is 166478T100698..... is the T correct for Norwood?

Big Trouble-The car has a VIN tag from some other car, I believe a full-size '68 Chev. Walk away.
