Looking for old photos
 

Hi there guys . I'm looking for some old pictures of a car that was run out of Quaker city dragway back in the mid to late 70's. It was a 70 Buick GS white with if I remember right "little Joe" on the rear 1/4 panels.At a young age this one car made a huge impact on me. Every time that car came up the slight hill after the burnout the hairs on the back of my neck stood stright up. LOL it had a sound to it that was just angry.So if anybody has any pics or info about this car please post it. Try getting ahold of Bill Wills from the penn-ohio buick gs club or gilchrist photos @gilchristbnw.com he was a local track phtographer back in the day for most of the tracks in ohio.

Rob, "Little Joe" is still owned by Mark Busher in Ravenna. He is a nice guy and I am sure has all the pics. you could ever want to see. Let me know if you need to talk to him.

Rob, I am good, thanks. I have found the pictures of the Little Joe. I have to get them scanned and downloaded. Mark ended up selling the car a couple of years ago, and now it is being restored to as raced condition.

It was a stout car! I lost to him in a 1000 car street race at Thompson with my small block Vega in 1983 or 84. Came down to him and I in the finals and he got me by a couple cars.
