Any opinions on this 69 L78 Nova "original" window sticker.? Currently being peddled on ebay

My feeling is this is a reproduction Window Sticker which has been aged a bit.

Small block radiator cover....alternator is on the wrong side...window sticker is definately "homemade"....could be a decent hotrod with some work...and the tires do look cool.
