Hamilton family and Red Alert
 

While at Meadowbrook a gentleman came up to my wife and told her he was friends of Bob Hamilton, JR, who, with his father and the rest of the family, originally owned/raced Red Alert.

Well yesterday I got a call from Bob, JR and we had a very nice visit, and he was able to verify much of the history associated with the car.

Dorothy, Bob' SR's wife, is living with her daughter in NJ, not far from where they lived while racing RA. Bob JR and family live in CT, and like his father, works in the trucking industry.

Looks like a trip out East is in order for Red Alert.

------Im so glad you finally got together with Jr. He is a real gentleman as was his Dad. Im also glad to hear that Dorthy is OK, as she is a bit older now.......Bill S
