Boring a 302 for .60 pistons
Can anyone give me an idea of the pros and cons of having a 302 bored to .60. Open to any suggestions Thanks Paul https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...s/confused.gif

Re: Boring a 302 for .60 pistons
Whenever you bore an engine, you run the risk of over heating. Probably less of a problem in Canada than in Arizona though. It won't clean at .040?....Joe

No temp issues. But,knowing what it is,I hone to the smallest
size it will clean and order customs.I have been through this alot on race motors.Saves the block longer. Not alot more $,if any.Jeff |
