Old ford woodgraining
thought i would brush up on my woodgraining, its been over 20 yrs. since i:ve done this, since then all the products have changed. my dad has some 34 ford 4 door garnish moldings laying around that i fixed and woodgrained.

That looks really awesome! Just curious, do you always use those dust masks while painting? I've always used a respirator.

If it is 2 part catalyzed enamel the isocyonates will settle in the lungs... VERY VERY BAD.
A dust mask is not good for any type of paint fumes... if you can smell paint... NOT GOOD! I have been painting since I was 8-9 first thing was a horse trailer, I have not always used a respirator (young and invincible) however I do not sand etc anything without wearing an activated charcoal respirator. I now use a forced fresh air supply when I spray catalyzed paint. |
