Anyone over by Warren Ohio?
mile marker 204 on the turn pike. Horn Rd. theres a house that looks empty with two horses in the yard all winter. not much to eat from what I can see.
Can someone call your local animal rescue people?

I live in the adjacent town to this area. My wife (the animal lover) and I took a ride over there today. There was no answer at the house. The horses are very under fed and there are also two dogs there. We have contacted the authorities here in our county to get thie corrected. Thanks for letting us know about this condition.

Tom...If I send you a hundred bucks through pay-pal, would you be able to pick up some dog food and feed for the horse and take it to them? Thanks.

The latest update I have is the Humane Society went out to check things out. The owner was there and did show proof of food for the horses and the dogs. When we were there the dog bowls were empty and the horses had nothing. I haven't heard back from my Sheriff friend today for an update.
