Incomplete webpage loading?

Is anyone else having problems with webpages loading incomplete, as well as some pictures coming up half focused, and the other half looks like a negative? https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...s/confused.gif

I was in a live tech analyst session, and the guy says there is a some server problems going on out there.

I had a problem with the PM function on another site and I changed browsers from Explorer to Apple's Safari and that actually cured several problems I was having. Safari is easy to use and pages pop right up and move faster. I did this four days ago and I am glad I did. Just a thought.
