the use of hay to clean gulf oil spill

From the email today....

CW Roberts employees demonstrating the use of hay to assist in a defense against the oil spill in the Gulf. This is the method that is included in the Walton County Plan of Action.

Two bayou boys figure out how to get that damn oil out of the gulf. This makes more sense to me than burning it. Let the hay trap it, then harvest it then throw it into a white hot incinerator. Voila! No ecological damage. My guess is that these guys’ properties will be safe but that the FDA, Dept of Energy, the Greens, and all the other oh-noes people will take too long to decide whether or not they think it will work despite actually watching it work – and there will be ecological damage. The press didn’t even know what to ask them. And, unfortunately, none of the press were speaking “southern” so they probably think the two guys were idiots when they are probably scientists.
