HELEN GIBB 'S BIRTHDAY....................
 

Just a quick note to everyone to let you all know that THIS THURSDAY-JUNE 17th is my Mom's BIRTHDAY!!!!!! I'm not going to say it, just type it 88th. She would be mad if I TOLD anyone the age, but I am REALLY PROUD OF HER!!!! She will be having hip replacement surgery TUESDAY, JUNE 29th or sooner if there is a cancellation. PLEASE say a prayer for her. She will be in St. Mary's Hospital in Galesburg, Illinois. Hope everyone is doing well, and don't forget the 12TH ANNUAL "FRED GIBB" MEMORIAL CAR SHOW, Saturday, August 7th, 2010. Be Safe-Take Care. n.g.

Maybe this would be our excuse to finally get a group up there to visit you guys! Maybe this weekend.........(I better check with the boss first). She was a real trooper last weekend and I knew she was hurting.

Rick and Annie, THANKS for the phone call! It was good to hear from you. Your cruise-in party was EXCELLENT, and really gave Mom a boost. Hope to talk to you this weekend.......Mom sure misses all of our car friends and the car shows. Hope this surgery will go well, and give her some relief so we can make it to some shows this year.....That and all of our car friends (FAMILY) is what keeps her going. A BIG THANK YOU to ALL of you that have always been soooo kind and nice to her! n.g.
