They think that customizing a car should have very strict limitations & rules. I get that all the time from them when we bring art cars to car shows. Art cars, like rat rods, often get much more attention than the guys with the common red 1964 Mustang or the 1955 Chevy with the flames painted on the sides(whoopie!). My customized GMC van took 22 years to build at a cost of $100,000. It always steals the show at parades & car shows, but it is not stock, too bad... ha!
