Byrne Brother's Ads

Was helping a friend and found these ads. I'm sure nothing no one hasn't already seen, but for those who haven't... here you go.

Ahh Dan. Good good stuff. Thank you!!

Love the "70 YENKO 454 Super Car" and the reference to the LS7 in, presumably, 1970.

Would love to find one of those Byrne Bros. "in stock" Novas with a LS7 454!!
Just think how awesome a 1970 chevelle, nova, camaro or even a monte carlo with a 454 built by Yenko would've been back then. Two words "Bad A$$"!!!

Re: Byrne Brother's Ads

I'd sure like to know what the "70 Yenko 454 SuperCar" might've been. I wonder if Don Yenko approached Chevrolet about ordering up a batch of COPO LS-6 (or LS-7!) Camaros in 1970. It's a damn shame that Yenko only offered the Small Block Deuce Novas in 1970 and no high-horsepower BBC offerings for the guy that might've needed, wanted, lusted after something a little more. From this ad . . . . . it sure sounds like some kind of plan was in place.
