IMO, they're fine.

Re: Opinion's on this trim tag
How does a tag get so wrinkled without being off the car?

Did anyone notice the holes in the center of the rivets, you can see thru to the inside on both of them, is this common?

Re: Opinion's on this trim tag
a lot of times they get that way when there sand blasted

Re: Opinion's on this trim tag
The rivets look like the OEM installed ones, because there pierced. You could look at the backs with a inspection mirror. There may still be signs of some sealer on that outbd. rivet.
There is not much reason to make a pre X code 69 tag other than a color change. Not that common to Camaros but lots of Novas have no sealer in the rivet holes. |

Thanks for the input.

Re: Opinion's on this trim tag
that slightly dented up tag would make me nervous. How does that happen without being being taken off the car?
I had to help a friend get out of a numbers switched car, and the tag was not even dented like that, when the tag was moved to another car. Maybe the original car was in a wreck? Be very careful. |
Re: Opinion's on this trim tag
The owner told me he has owned the car for 15 yrs and the tag has never been taken off the car.
