69 Camaro 4spd cutout

A friend of mine is doing an Automatic Trans to 4spd conversion on a 69 Camaro. I used to have a file with a diagram of the measurements, but lost it in a computer crash. Does anyone have the measurements handy. I believe I got it off this site but can't find it with a search. TIA
