Its the strap that connects the back to the seat on a 69 Camaro seat.

Passenger side only, to keep the seat from hitting the dash. I have them on all my pass seats [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/smile.gif[/img] You can keep the kewpie, cant stand those things at car shows! [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/laugh.gif[/img]
