Flatbed trailer parts ID help
 

I know what they do.. I just need to know what the proper name is and the name/type of trailer they are used on. I call them sliding anchor plates but i'm thinking there is another name used. The trailer they are used on has a specific name I believe. I picked these up at a yard sale recently along with a basket load of corner protectors which are a treasure in themselves.. These aluminum pcs need a new home so I gotta be able to call them by name..
