Stop by building G outside of gate 1 at Carlisle June 22/24th 2012 to see the SLS4. There will be a building full of restored and original cars including many Yenko.net members cars on display. The SLS is entirely free and does not require admission to Carlisle to see. Stop by and have a look..BKH

We have many sYc members cars attending. We are hoping for a great weekend. GM Carlisle already has a record number of pre-registered cars. Plus the swap meet is always good..BKH

Ive never been to the gm nationals, do you guys recommend it? How is the swap meet usually?? Id really like to check out the sls also

The cars in the field and barns and especially the solid lifter display (in its own garage) is awsome BUT the vending........NOT in my opinion. I would say Spring or Fall Carlisle would be your best for that.

Swap meets are always a crap shoot. But I can say that last years GM Carlisle was really good for parts for us. You just never know what you will find. At least for the most part GM Carlisle is GM oriented. You are not sifting through brand X parts. See you there Sam..BKH

I think he was asking if it is worth the trip from Minnesota. I say YES if you never have been there. At least the cars involved are worth the trip.
