Scratching my head on this one. 3942992 BA. For short water pump. Deep 2 groove pulley. Any idea on applications?

I had one once and I was told it was for a truck application.

That pulley was used on 1969 Series 10-20-30 trucks w/292cid. engine,when equipped w/o Air Conditioning or Heavy Duty cooling.
