Harane Spot Welder
 

Picked up a Hirane spot welder and need help hooking up the electrical input. Requires 3-phase 208V or 240V. Using it at a home garage that presently has 1-phase 220V. I know I need a 70 amp breaker at the box. Anyone with experience with rotary phase converters? Any help appreciated.
