Re: '68 Z
How do you know it was real? Looks like a restamp to me. Z emblems in wrong spot...I dont believe the 31k on it either. Man I must be in a bad mood...I wouldnt have bought it for that.

Seeking more information is hardly a reason to grandstand...

Re: '68 Z
The Ford "Caution Fan" sticker appears to be applied properly.

Re: '68 Z
What's going on with those trunk lid stripes below the spoiler? Alot has happened to that car during those 30k miles.

Re: '68 Z
I like it; even if it's not a real Z you can hardly buy a real clean base Camaro for that money. If it is real then it looks like you have a few things to correct and you have a fun car to blast around in.

Yes, the green car has been fluffed to within an inch of it's life and has a few things that can be nit picked (such as the aforementioned "caution fan" sticker - why do guys KEEP doing this????). But it is still a lot of car for the money.
The blue one has the wrong hood, but so what? If he really does have the original motor and those pics are representative of how rust free it is, then it too is a bargain in my book. |
