Re: Grumpy Jenkins Estate snap on tool box

I just did a wiki and he had a daughter with his first wife and a son and daughter with his second wife. Never seen any pics or photos of his son with him. Wonder if he is into cars? Sadly, what happens is many of these boys want nothing to do with their dad's hobby/career as they grow up.

On a side note this still cracks me up every time I see it. Every thing was so less serious back then...lot of fun. The 60's and 70's were w/o a doubt probably the two best decades to grow up and live...Vietnam war, and other warts and all. Today, drivers have to get their sponsors permission before taking a crap. I am so grateful to have experienced the '70's ,, the music, culture etc. (sorry to get off tangent)

kind of in the same boat I have two sons that are not in to cars and i have a boat load of' snap on tools along with a very big snap on tool box My oldest son just the other day said when i go
what is he suppose to do with all of my tools
because he does not know what they are used for
I am now 60 but I do not want to get rid of them I still use them on my cars and a lot of them I bought back in the 60s
looking at the pictures of bills tools kind of remind me of me

Feel free to give them to me when you no longer need them!

You can always use them as Dodgeball training equipment.

"If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball"

I always loved Rip Torn in that scene from Dodgeball.
