F70-14 ID Help

I have a set of Wide Ovals here and have been reading past discussions to determine the vintage. These would be considered the large letter so repro? the DOT # is earlier pre 2000. Can someone have a looksy and let me know if they are worthy of a classifieds. 3 are perfect and one has some cracking on the inside wall. CLYDF2K5369. 36th week of 69, 79, 89,99. Thanks you

McCreary made 1970 model modern day reproduction tires,dated 36th week of either 1989 or 1999 I believe.
I'm leaning towards 1989.
