More 69 Camaro free stuff 70 Nova shock bolts

More free stuff.

OK, so the first item is not 69 Camaro. 9000533 horn dated 5G4. I have no idea what it actually came on. It works. It would work on a 69 Camaro for the driver’s side, but is clocked incorrectly.

7 (yes, seven, I don’t know what happened to the 8th one) rear leaf spring nuts for the u-bolts and t-bolts. These are assembly line correct. I don’t believe these are being reproduced.

Assembly line correct header or trunk Camaro by CHEVROLET emblem. There is a break under the “O”, but it would not be detectable once installed. All four posts are good. It has minor, minor pitting, but would hand polish if you wish to spend the time on it. The black paint surrounding the CHEVROLET letters is mostly gone, and would need repainted, which can be done with a needle and some enamel.

Speedo/fuel gauge/tach bracket and green lens. The bracket is slightly bent, but could be easily straightened. I didn’t mess with it because I didn’t want to fubar it. Lens is dirty but perfect.
Shock mounting bolts. I found these four bolts in a baggie marked “70 Nova shock mounts”. I have only dismantled one Nova. It was a July built 69 big block car. Two of the bolts have parts of the shoulders broken off. The other two are pristine. No pits, no rust. These have no head markings. I do not believe that one speed nut is off the same car, but then again, I have some pretty fuzzy memories. I dismantled that car about 20 years ago. Hopefully, one of you guys with a Deuce needs one or two, and these are a match to yours.

Assembly line hood bumpers off my low mile Z. One has a two small cracks. The other is almost perfect, although if you don’t use enough ky during the install, it could crack. Hopefully someone with a survivor can use one or both.

Fresh air vent flapper. Don’t remember if this is driver’s side or pass., but if you need one, you probably know.

Once again, all are free. My only request is that you take them with the understanding that you will use the part(s) on your own car, and that you actually have a use for them, not just stockpiling.

ALSO. No pic, but I have a nice usable 4781 metering block for an 850 double pumper. I believe it is the primary side. No jets or pv, but it does have the idle screws, and they turn freely.

Lynn;

Is the block stamped only with the "4781"? If there aren't any other numbers on it, that's likely a primary metering block from a Holley LIST 3230 carb, which is for a `66 327 passenger car carb.

Just trying to help.

Eric. You are correct. No other numbers on it. If you or one of your customers has a use for it, you are welcome to it. You are the exception to "use it on your own car" because you do so much for all of us.
On a side note, I just mailed you a 4519 block (gratis) , which I believe is correct for the Yenko 427 cars.
