The trans stamp doesnt match the motor stamp

good catch - engine is 168286 and the trans is 168268. Are they even done in the right font?

The engine font is right, but the trans font is ALL wrong.

There is a lot of weird going on with that car. But at the very least the trans and engine partial VIN fonts ought to match.

Makes you wonder why he went that far and stopped, if I had a real LS6 Convertible I would finish the restoration knowing the end result would be worth a lot more than the way it sits now.

Without any real documents this car really has no pull.
