anybody near Philly to check out a car?
 

Looking at possible purchase of non Supercar in Willow Grove PA. Hoping that a member in that area might be able to eyeball the car for me & possibly assist in the transaction.

Huge thanks to Paul Tholey (pxtx) and to you as well, Don for responding. The car just happened to be in Paul's neighborhood and he made time to check it out and i bought it this afternoon. Paul actually knew the seller from a meeting in '05.

And, thanks to sYc for the space...we may not always agree on everything, but our members are some of the best, most helpful bunch of guy's in the car hobby.

nothing too significant....a 67 BMW 1600 ex racer. I had a '69 1600 and a '72 2002 in my 20's and just felt like a revisit was due. It's dressed like an Alpina and I always wanted one of those....should be fun [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/3gears.gif[/img]
