Tech tip re: posting Photobucket video on sYc
 

Don't know if this will be of any benefit to anyone or not but I figured I'd share it anyways. If TPTB feel it needs to be moved to a more appropriate forum, please feel free.

A while back I started having trouble getting Photobucket video links to display correctly on the forum. I just figured out the issue--it has to do with the suffix tags at the end of the Photobucket code.

Below is a video link as directly copied/pasted from Photobucket:

Notice the &quot;.mp4&quot; suffix at the end of the tags? That's the problem. If you convert the tag to read &quot;.jpg&quot; instead, it will show up as a thumbnail link as below:

http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d7...pstdx0n4vq.jpg
