ID this Spoiler
4 Attachment(s)
I have had this for sometime now and do not know what it fits. It is heavy fiberglass, like a surfboard, and has aluminum or magnesium stands. It has a number inside the stand that is either 93327 or 95527 or a combination of 3 or 5. Dimensions are thus:
57 1/4 in. overall length 52 7/8 in.from outer side of stand to other stand outer side width of spoiler is approx. 7 1/4 in. thickness is approx. 1/2 in.(tapers down in front and rear) stand height front is 3 1/2 in. rear 1 1/2 in. as always, thanks sYc! |
Re: ID this Spoiler
Looks almost like a 69 Judge spoiler but also a 442?
Are both stands numbered the same or is there a right left number? Aerodynamics says the bull noses should be forward and the taper to the rear, so the wing sweeps forward correct? Meaning the ends sweep forward on the vehicle as mounted? |
Re: ID this Spoiler
James, I will have to look into that. The other side has a thin rubber gasket that I will have to carefully loosened to see. I'll report back. I thought about several 'A' bodies including Buick, but pics on the net do not look like a match, IMO. Even looked at newer (late 70's) Hurst Olds and Mach 1's. I am sure that someone here will be able to ID this.

Re: ID this Spoiler
Chrysler Laser. Wow, reminds me of a funny story about a Chrysler Laser from the 80's. Short version, I pushed a brand new one (dealer demo) into a curb. Had the exact wheel as pictured above. I can tell you, a new one of those wheels cost $325 back in the day. Didn't handle as well as I was told. I was used to rear wheel drive BMW's, which Carol Shelby had just called European overpriced shitboxes. To each his own. Never pushed one of the Bimmers (between me and my brother that would be 56) into a curb.
