1968 SS396 Camaro - Dale Armstrong Built 427 L88
 

Original vintage article on a 1968 SS396 Camaro claimed to be an ex-Dana Chevrolet Super Stocker and Pro Stock car running an 427 L-88 engine built by Dale Armstrong.

To my knowledge the cars current location is unknown. Do you have a better pic of the article or could you scan it in and possible email it to me? Would like to add it to make data on L78 cars. Thanks

Also when Dale raced it it was still a L78 car and had tested the car with L89 heads.

Wow looks just like my L78 car with the window trim ,lack of rocker moldings and what looks like hood pins.Where was this car located??

Curious if anybody reading this thread is familiar with the Griffith Brothers 68' Camaro
ex Super Stock (L-78) that is currently in Alaska.

They had a great reader board with history I should have taken a pic of it so I would have a clue.
