1969 Chevelle L78. I have your block.
 

It's blown up badly but maybe we can get it back with the car. 3969854 casting dated F-30-9. Assembly is T0703JD. Not too sure on the partial, maybe you guys could help with that. Plant code looks like a 0? If it's yours let me know.

Looks like Framingham assembly plant 19G366834,which would make it a late July 1969 assembly.
That also coordinates with the July 3rd Tonawanda engine assembled date.
Could be from an L-78 Elcamino too.

No because 367942 was the last recorded VIN assembly from Framingham.

I agree that the vin is 366834 which places it in a good spot for a 07B or 07C build. I checked my list and don't have any info on that vin. thanks for posting, I added it in the event any info shows up in the future. take care, Andy

also of interest is my Baltimore block for my red chevelle is exactly the same as this one, T0703, cast F-30-9 except the suffix code is JA instead of JD and also a 3969854 396 block. I wonder if July 3rd might have been one of the last days for the 1969 chevelle 396 engine assembly dates at Tonawanda.
