Can Old Delco Air Shocks Be Rebuilt?

I googled "air shock rebuild" but only the newer versions are mentioned. I have the 1969 dated Delco air shocks that were on my JL8 when I found it and I would like to have them restored. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If anyone could do it, I'd suggest Dan Patch. Not cheap and not quick but he's an amazing talent.

Dan,

I googled Dan Patch but all I got was he was the most famous horse in harness racing. There was even a movie made about him! So how do I get in touch with the human Dan Patch?
