Special Paint '69 Z/28 Project

Paint job looks good in the pics, but odds are it wasn't a stripe-delete black paint car from the factory.

All set up for LS power, so I guess it doesn't matter a heck of a lot anyway....

Pre- X code car (11D on tag) so if there is no documentation, original block or trans, presumably the 'X3' shown on the rear seat bulkhead is all that the seller is relying on for Z/28 claim, and that would be easy to add.....

Oh, I totally agree, I was going by the X3 on the bulkhead. I suppose that's a $2 grease pencil trick if you're 'that guy.'

It appears to have been Daytona Yellow, based on the X33 mark and the overspray it is penciled over.... probably without stripes.

Looks more like Olympic gold than Daytona Yellow to me.

Maybe so... whatever the case may be, the owner was intelligent to keep the original markings intact.
