Help identifying an L-88 Air cleaner base

11 Attachment(s)
Could someone help verify exactly what I have here ? I know what it is supposed to be, but the vent tube being welded the way it is makes me wonder what kind of tomfoolery was involved. The seller provided a receipt from the dealer that he says was in the box with them. Are they real or Repop ? I don't store my receipts with used take off parts, but there is no way this can be NOS with the tube mod, can it ? Unless it was done to clear the secondary pump arm on '69 L-88 double pumper. I'm not that up on L-88 air cleaners, so I need to ask for some help. Thanks !

I believe 67 and 68 L88 bases have no tubes. That base looks like a 69 standard base with that tube.someone did a bunch of welding on it.
