What Steering Wheel.
 
Does anyone recognize this steering wheel?I am fairly sure it came off a GM.

Definitely not GM. Looks like it's out of a Jeep.

Jeep/AMC and bolts right on a GM column 69 to 80ish..it uses the 69-72 GTO collar..they are identical
