Recommended storage options?
 

I've always gotten by with my modest "two" car garage, where one of the bays is shallow and can only fit a 13' long car.

I have the opportunity to buy a beautiful muscle car but will need to store it.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a temporary shelter as a garage? I'm not opposed to one of those easy-up type carports if they provide adequate protection from the elements.

What about experience with local storage facilities?

I have used in the past a local storage unit facility. Most of the local ones here allow storage of cars in their units. A 10x20 works for a Camaro just fine. You might need a longer one if you have a car longer than a Camaro.

I've found one local that is expensive but close and appears well maintained and trustworthy. It's the only reasonable option so far.

I have used mini-storage on and off for the past 15 years as my car collection periodically outgrows my space. Find a lot that you trust and you'll be fine.
