Delco remy horn identification 9000 293 & 281 or 287 ?

I picked these up in a large lot of 1970 Chevelle parts that included the 279 & 280 Horns which I know those are 70 Horns.
Before I throw something that might have value in the dumpster, what are these Horns for?
One is a LOW 9000 293 dated 4H9 the other is HIGH 9000 281 or 287 Dated 9B3.
Lets see what I have here. Check out the photos.

293 looks like 71 LeMans.

I found that also on the internet but it can't be 1971 because the date is 4H9 ""Made In Canada" horn which would be August 4 1969 as Canadian built horns dated from the opposite end. Possibly a 1970 LeMans or GTO Horn?
