Mystery Hub

It's not for a 67-9 Camaro. Any ideas as to what this is for? It has a weird angle to the hub and I'm not finding any info online. Part number 9768377.

Thanks

What is diameter of bottom? Early-mid ‘60s GM had a smaller diameter than ‘69 and newer; pretty sure this is due to locking ignition switched being moved to column. My guess is pre-‘69 GM. Is serrated mounting hole in center of hub? Offset lower than center? If center hole is closer to bottom of hub, this would “raise” steering wheel higher than center of hub/column.

Looks like a steering wheel hub, maybe corvette?

Looked in my Corvette and Chevrolet and Oldsmobile GM dealer parts books and it isn't in any of the three. That leaves Buick and Pontiac. Good luck.

Please post a better picture of the bottom. I believe that it is for the locking column which makes it 69 and newer and my guess is Opel.

Here are some more pictures.

If Buick, what year and vehicle? The diameter is identical to a 69 Camaro hub. The main difference I see is that the lower portion has an odd slant to it.

Someone gotta know what this is for!

Thanks
