when i was over in Indiana and Kentucky for my job..it seemed they where everywhere...just about all the old Ford dealerships had one..i know there where 3 in Indianapolis and 4 in other parts of southern Indiana..and 3 in Louisville

One in Central City and one in Madisonville KY. I know both of the original owners. Neither still own them.
