Hey guys - can someone tell me what this dealer promo item is? I can't remember where I got it or when. Alan Green chev in Burien, WA

I thought it was an old school pointer for pointing at a chalkboard but noticed today that the cap unscrewed off.

I and my friends that looked at it are baffled.

Telescopic pen, pointer. I swear I’ve seen one of those.

Is the end magnetic?

Nope.

It's an analog laser pointer. ;-)

I know where I saw it now, Denso gave those out at the SAE show in Detroit once.
